To eat isaw (grilled skewered chicken intestines) in UP. It may sound disgusting, but its actually pretty good. :-)

Soaking in spiced vinegar.

Eating isaw or any other street food for that matter is said to be dangerous, given its potential for carrying dangerous pathogens (see this study), but somehow these warnings don't seem to detract from this delicacy's popularity. A word of advice though, make sure they're well done, and soak them thoroughly in vinegar. :-)

naalala ko tuloy yung fishball, tokwa, hotdog at lahat ng nakastick sa kanto ng teresa sa may PUP, pati na rin ang one day old chicken at ang tukneneng sa may divisoria :( wala ditong mga ganyan :(

hmmm isaw...i love isaw...pero nung nasa dorm kami, iba ang trip namin....BALOT AT PENOY! nakakalasing rin pala yun?! hahaha

maasahan talaga ang mga aristocarts na yan sa UP. Nung kumuha ako ng UPCAT, dyan ako naglunch habang naghihintay ng exams, ang aga ko kasi dumating, super excited. lolz
